1990 release - used in VG++ condition -- (one of my personal favorite 90s albums) = the group had mild success on the US Billboard dance chart with Hippychick reaching #2 and Freaky topping at 32. They had more chart success in the Uk with 3 singles from this album on the UK charts. Think of a more alternative version of Deee-lite.
'HIPPYCHICK' featured a sample from The Smiths' "How Soon Is Now?", sequenced over a SOUL II SOUL Rhythm. Reaching #11 on the US Hot 100 and #2 on the Dance charts.
